PSP Firmware 3.10 Released

Sony has released yet another firmware update for the PSP.  PSP firmware version 3.1 was revealed and available for download from today.

The 3.1 firmware update includes:

- MPEG-4 AVC format support under LocationFree Player
- Extended support for the PlayStation title library which allows PSP owners to play PlayStation titles directly on the PSP.
